We conducted social mood research into relevant conversations taking place on digital platforms and how this public discourse affected the Miton Group on a financial and public relational level. Information taken from social media, search data, and ratings and reviews was analysed to give as much insight as possible into how the Miton Group can best take advantage of online discussions surrounding their brand.

The Great Unheard

We collaborated with the Centre for Economics and Business Research (Cebr) to conduct a study to call consumers to let their service providers know what they really need. Our findings concluded that that Britons waste a colossal 45 million hours per year tangling with inefficient service providers. This report provides important insight into the current need for more effective communication between companies and their consumers.
