What would you say to companies if you knew they were listening?

45 million hours are wasted each year from poor customer service in Britain alone (B.Heard and CEBR ‘The Great Unheard’ Report‘, 2016). We want this to change, to make sure brands have better conversations with customers and provide a better service. So in Glasgow, we asked people ‘What would you say to the companies you use?’
